Cancellation/Refund Policy

Annual membership fees are partially refundable. If you wish to cancel your membership, you may request a refund within the first 10 business days of payment. Please note that a deduction will be applied to account for any transaction fees incurred through payment gateways such as Stripe.

Consulting Services: Should you be dissatisfied with our consulting services, you can request a refund. However, requests must be made within five (5) business days of service delivery, and the refunded amount will exclude any transaction fees. Please provide specific feedback or reasons for the cancellation to help us continually improve our offerings.

Digital Document Templates: Given the digital nature of our templates, all sales are final. Once a document template is downloaded, it cannot be returned, and hence, it is non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, such as accidental duplicate payments or technical issues, please contact our support team at support@ELQN.ORG for assistance or potential refunds. Changes to Cancellation/Refund Policy

ELQN reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Cancellation/Refund Policy under which ELQN.ORG is offered.
